I’m Katie Boyd, a licensed psychologist based in St. Louis - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about your well-being and it is my commitment to provide all of my clients top of the line psychological services catered to their individual needs.
I am passionate about psychology and making a difference in people's lives. I have provided a number of specialized mental health services to clients with a variety of presenting problems and life goals. While I am a generalist, my areas of specialty are individual therapy treating anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, women's issues, divorce, and codependency.
What makes me unique as a psychologist is my eclectic mix of therapeutic tools, as well as my style of being both professional and real-world relatable. My approach to therapy is collaborative, in which I empower my clients to help themselves. In my role as a therapist, I may be a supportive listener, educator, consultant, or cheerleader; and I utilize a wide range of interventions tailored to the specific needs of each individual I work with.
